Welcome to ClubRugbyTickets. By accessing or using our platform at www.clubrugbytickets.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. About ClubRugbyTickets

ClubRugbyTickets is a digital ticketing and merchandise platform that enables users to purchase official rugby match tickets and club merchandise online. All tickets and products available on this platform are managed and distributed by ClubRugbyTickets.

We ensure a secure and reliable purchasing experience for all users. ClubRugbyTickets operates as a controlled ecosystem — not a marketplace — and acts as the sole merchant of record for all transactions.

2. Payment Processing

By completing a purchase, you authorize ClubRugbyTickets to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method via PayFast. All transactions are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR).

3. Ticket Purchases

• Tickets are sold subject to availability and are valid only for the specific match listed
• Each QR-code ticket is unique and may only be used once at the designated event
• ClubRugbyTickets reserves the right to invalidate tickets suspected of being duplicated or used fraudulently
• Ticket sales close at 18:00 on the day of the match unless otherwise indicated
• Pensioner-rate tickets require a valid South African ID number for age verification at the gate

4. Club Registration

Clubs may register on our platform to collaborate with ClubRugbyTickets. Club registration is subject to a once-off registration fee payable via PayFast.

Important: Club banking details are collected strictly for administrative and operational purposes and are not directly linked to customer payments processed on this platform. ClubRugbyTickets does not hold funds on behalf of clubs in relation to customer-facing transactions.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal information based on the service you use:

• Ticket Purchases: Email address and mobile number for ticket delivery and communication
• Pensioner Tickets: ID number strictly for age verification purposes
• Merchandise Orders: Email, mobile number, and delivery address for order fulfilment
• Club Registration: Contact details of club administrators and banking information for administrative and operational purposes

All personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with our Refund & Dispute Policy. In cases of fraud or system errors, appropriate action will be taken, including refunds where applicable.

7. Acceptable Use

All users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. ClubRugbyTickets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of ClubRugbyTickets or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClubRugbyTickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform. Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
