Effective Date: March 2026 | Version 1.0This Acceptable Use Policy governs all use of the ClubRugbyTickets platform (www.clubrugbytickets.co.za). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with this policy in full.
1. Platform Purpose
ClubRugbyTickets is a digital ticketing and merchandise platform that enables users to purchase official rugby match tickets and club merchandise online. All tickets and products available on this platform are managed and distributed by ClubRugbyTickets. We are the sole merchant of record for all transactions conducted on this website.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users of this platform agree not to:
❌ Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities
❌ Misrepresent identity or provide false personal information during any transaction
❌ Attempt to manipulate ticket availability, pricing, or inventory
❌ Use the platform to conduct unauthorized financial transactions
❌ Resell, transfer, or assign tickets purchased on this platform without express written consent
❌ Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform's systems or APIs
❌ Provide false ID numbers or personal details for pensioner-rate ticket verification
❌ Submit chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
3. Payment Conduct
All payments made on this platform are processed securely via our payment partner, PayFast (Pty) Ltd. ClubRugbyTickets acts as the sole merchant of record for all transactions conducted on this website. Payments are made directly to ClubRugbyTickets for tickets and merchandise listed on the platform.
We do not facilitate peer-to-peer payments between users. We do not hold funds on behalf of clubs or any third party in relation to customer-facing payments.
4. Account Conduct
Registered users (Club Admins, Gatekeepers) are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- All activity conducted under their account
- Immediately reporting any suspected unauthorized access to clubrugbytickets@gmail.com
5. QR Code & Ticket Integrity
- Each ticket QR code is unique and may only be used once at the designated event
- Attempting to copy, duplicate, or share QR codes constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination
- ClubRugbyTickets reserves the right to invalidate any ticket suspected of fraud
6. Enforcement & Termination
ClubRugbyTickets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, we reserve the right to report the matter to the South African Police Service (SAPS) or other relevant authorities.
We may also pursue civil remedies for damages caused by violations of this policy.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
