ClubRugbyTickets is committed to providing a fair and transparent purchasing experience. This policy outlines our approach to refund requests and payment disputes for tickets and merchandise purchased via our platform.


1. General Refund Principle

If you experience any issues with your purchase, you may contact our support team directly. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

5. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email us at clubrugbytickets@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request โ€“ [Order/Ticket ID]"

Step 2: Include your name, purchase date, ticket/order ID, and reason for the request

Step 3: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (PayFast). Processing times depend on your bank but typically take 3โ€“7 business days after approval.
